Hello ladies, what is your most SCARY symptom .. If you had to just name one .. What would it be?? For me by far are these migraine/headaches they have my anxiety so bad thinking I have a bleeding aneurysm or brain tumor.. I had the MRI all clear thank god, but of course my health anxiety has me thinking otherwise, what did they miss.. I feel like groundhogs day these symptoms just keep repeating every single month.. With dizziness off balance sharp weird pains short of breath exhaustion and the list goes on and on.. Well anyways just thought you ladies could share your most scary symptom by far.. What is it that gets you bad every month or day or week??

The chest pain is my biggest worry. It always makes me feel my heart is bad. But like u they say it's not. Frustrating to go through this.

i just cant understand why it doesn't stop already its horrible ive seen an audiologist he cant find the cause ive noticed being in vehicles and elevators make it so much worse. or if im up trying to get things done and moving around alot makes it worse as well. its very tiring and i just cry and pray all day long no relief.

I completely understand. I was told by ENT I had vestibular neuritis and its go away in a month. That was almost 3 years ago. I now see it's been hormones too. It's very frustrating. It's all I can focus on somedays. I'm looking into seeing and endocrinologist soon to get more answers. Just know you're not alone in this.🙂

Dizziness and lightheaded feel like I'm drunk, anxiety. I'm 51 and never been a worrier, now I worry about every little feeling I experience. Google and think I'm on my death bed...Google is NOT our friend ladies!! I'm trying to relax and not worry. I read a post on the 66 symptoms of menopause. It helped me relax a bit because everything I'm experiencing is on that list. Hugs to you all

      Hi Tracy

I must admit.. googling pushes up my anxiety and then my BP goes up and then I get hot because my BP went up and when I am hot my face and head feels flushed and then I stress more and then my body starts burning more and and and... this anxiety is new to me... all my years and I am now 58 I have always been a very level headed person that copes very well with stress but now I feel I can't... all because of hormones!!

      Hugs everyone

      Tams
