Micro bumps on penis head

I have black spot on my penis head when I give a closer look it looks like small bumps....nearly 6 .....no pain or whatsoever. ..what could it be

      They must be tiny, and I suspect they're probably harmless, but there's also a small chance they could be herpes blisters, especially if they've appeared recently, so I'd get them checked out.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

      If a doctor's already seen it, then it's probably nothing to worry about.  I'd recommend not using soap or shower gel at all on your penis, but if you do, make sure it's completely washed off.
