Mistakenly taken too much Prednisolone

I've been taking 3 mg per day for around six months now, I always cut into a strip of three and place on pots along with my other tablets for the day. Today I had a strip of 2 and an odd one and realised 2 of them are 5mg, I must have been taking 15mg a day for probably 8 days. Reasoning that these are the only 2 X 5 mg left in the pots so I will have cut up a whole pack of 28 and taken 26 over the days.
how shall I preeceed from now on please.
Regards

If you are someone who had raised markers of inflammation at diagnosis, it is still possible to have PMR symptoms but for the lab results to lag behind the symptoms.
On the other hand, depending on the severity of your symptoms, perhaps you need to consider a slightly higher dose for the time being.

I have now been off steroids and in remission from PMR and GCA for 4 years - thank you for asking. And good luck with the rest of your 'journey'.

My one complaint now is my hair is like straw, no body, ugly. No matter what I do, I doesn't improve, and is not growing now. Ugh! Skin bruising and infections haved been very bad, but I'm learning to be more careful how I move.
Stay well! Elinor
