Moral Hazard Forum Use?

Can anyone agree that there is an element of moral hazard associated with this forum? People naturally want to help each other however here people who have genuine health problems are maybe seeking advice from people who are underqualified? Maybe some contributors are highly qualified but some may not be even if they have pure intentions.
Is it possible that this site could give people false hope about their conditions because of this?
I think that this forum shows an underlying problem with the health care system if we feel we need to ask random people we don't know about serious personal health problems in a public forum?
I would suggest that some people may argue that people should not gelam false hope from the responses to their posts but I think we all know this is not the reality of the situation.
