More naps at lower predict doses?

I notice more fatigue at my present 6.75 MG dose . A nap seems to recharge me somewhat. Has anyone else noted this? I am also wondering , if the fatigue is rather overwhelming , to stay at a dose until it abates?

Just wanted everyone to know my initial reply about naps may have come across a little flippant but in my situation, naps are a necessity because I still have shoulder pain and stiffness through much of the night and it's not until I do about 45 minutes of exercises in our hot tub in the morning, and then TENS, that I'm back to almost normal for the day. A 20-30 minute nap in the afternoon is almost a necessity. I'm coming up on a year from first diagnosis, just also turning 73, and having started at 20 mg of Prednisone, I'm now down to 6mg, decreasing down 1mg/mth although I will probably start decreasing by 1/2mg when I get down to 5mg assuming no flareups.
