Morning and Nights

Why is the morning and nights so hard? There has to be some hormonal connections coinciding with the time of night and day. The morbungs are rough. I'm still tired, nervous, anxious, jittery, feelings of doom and negative thoughts. The evening around 4:00pm and beyond things seem to lift a bit. Turn night is hard, cant sleep, when I do, it's only for a short time, heart racing sometimes, nightmares and vivid dreams. It's not all the time but when it happens boy does it happen.

I read through another forum about that. One of the ladies there said she had been having hypoglycemic reactions where the blood sugar was going really low. The docs thought it was an anxiety attack. She said it's hard to capture if you are not having one at the moment. She said she has to now eat every few hours to avoid feeling like that.

I don't know why Jamie, but mine was like you describe morning jitters and nausea late evening hot by 10 PM even hotter by midnight and sleep either none or waking a few hours after.

I always felt better and got more done between 4 and 930 in the evenings.

I have the craziest sleep pattern. I cant sleep so lately I been going around 12:00 midnight, wake up at 1:00am and doze back off until 4-5:00am. Then I'm up all day, tired and fighting sleep because If I doze off for a nap, I wake within 15-30 minutes and I feel horrible. I know getting some sleep is crucial for your body during this time, but how am I supposed to get rest to where I wake up feeling refreshed especially with night sweats or feeling hot, vivid dreams and nightmares, just plain can't sleep, anxiety, and racing heart. It is 6:10 am here and I wake up to my sleep gown damp from me sweating. This is my hard time of the day.

Hey Jamie, Im going to ask for the bioidentical estrogen patch Vivelle Dot to help with all of these symptoms after my surgery. Dr. Vliet puts her patients on this to help with the anxiety, night sweats, and all of the symptoms we are having. I can't wait to start it, I am using the bioidentical estradiol cream right now but I understand the patch will bring better relief. Hugs

      Hi Paige,

How are you doing with the cream right now? Let me know how the patch works for you. I hope it brings you some relief. I don't know if I will get any help at this time. Docs not in very much agreement that I'm peri. So I'm still trying to figure out what will work for me.
