So after convincing myself I had gone full blown insane I finally realised i was having panic attacks and looks like I may have GAD

I have realised this purely through speaking to people online such as yourselves and googling my symptoms

Whilst I am aware I need to go to a doctor my problems are these;

I am very anxious about going to the doctor and always have been (ironic I know)

but also I have no idea how he can help me and i fear by going i may start something i cant stop

my job is very demanding

I work 7 days a week and 80 to 100 hours a week

This has almost certaintly what has made my anxiety go through the roof

however I have to stick this out for the next 3 months at least

So my issue is not noyl cannot i not get time off to get myself diagnosed properly and help given but i will not be able to follow up any appointments or accept treatment as i cannot take time of work

However i cannot go on like this

is there anything i can do or take that will tide me over the next 3 motnhs that will stop the attacks and reduce my symptoms?? my symptoms include, shortness of breath, feeling dizzy, tingling, lack of sleep due to worrying, jump starting awake, constant butterflies in my stomach and emotional breakdowns

Anything to help will be appreciated
