Hey Laura, 20mg i the dose i recovered from the first time round i was on cit. It is scary moving up the dose as the side effects will restart and probably you will have some increased anxiety at least that is my experience. But if your anxiety is ruining your life its worth to suffer trough the side effects again for few weeks only to start feeling better after they pass. I have restarted cit recently, recovery is a long process i am 4 weeks on 20mg and only now starting to see some light, i lost a lot of weight but i am slowly regaining my appetite yesterday i had few normal meals. i am still very up and down but thats how it goes. They worked so well the first time round and i am very regretful i stopped them but i thought i was cured 😄

we are here to support you, i have been trough it and it was hard adjusting but last time when i was on cit it brought my life back to me. Just try to stick it out and even if you get increased anxiety from the increase it just the medication doing its work and re balancing neurotransmitters in your brain. If you felt some difference on a 10mg already slowly but surely 20mg will start helping. Just push trough.

I bought a pill cutter from my local chemist, it was only a couple of pounds and it cuts through the pills evenly and safely.
