Hi guys
Do any of you suffer from muscle aches and cramps? This seems to be one on the worst symptoms for me. I have aches in by legs, shoulders and chest. Much worse after sitting for a while.

Sorry, I did not explain myself properly. Yes, a hot bath or a hot bottle helps and equally being in an air conditioning space makes me feel the pain more intensively. Like you, I have not noticed a difference due to the weather conditions.

Yes I do even with being on tapazole. It's gotten better though.

Hi there
I have been doing ok thanks. Saw my Endo at the end of last year and my latest blood test showed i am now euthyroid, so he reduced my Carbimazole dose to 10mg. At 1st that was a shock to my system but after 3 weeks I seem to be feeling ok again - apart from a terrible cold.
Exercise was going well until i got the cold and i have been taking multivits & L Carnitine.

Dean, sorry you are going through all that. Have you heard of the plant called Echinacea? It has some really good benefits which will definitely help in your condition
