Does anyone experience muscle twitching in the chest area? My left breast to be specific is constantly twiching and its so scary!! Its not painful but its annoying and distracting! I have to stop what i am doing everytime it twitches! It wont stop! I have twiches everywhere in my body, you name it i have it! Should i be worried???

i have the same. strong twitching right breast and middle of my chest.
twitches in my legs and arm but not as intense
my skin literally jumps out. so scary. normal ekg.
my dr says its the chest wall?
what type and amount if magnesium and potassium helps those who mentioned them.
my levels were fine in my blood workup

Hey guys. I've been experiencing exactly this same thing. I can actually see the chest muscle twitching so this makes me think it's a muscle related thing and not a heart palpitation. I hope it is anyway. This is really scary. God bless everyone!!
