My doc wants me to start to cut my dose down.

I been on it for ten days and been waking up jittery and feels like my heart is racing. Hasthis happen to anyone else. He wants me to cut down my dose to 5mg from 10. please let me know

    Hi Daka,

    As loo loo says go back to Drs and see if you can up to 15mg, I also take 10mg of paproponol twice a day and with this combo I don't get the jitters!

    Are the side effects settling now?

    well im on week 7 of my meds now, must say i feel so much better, im still having the sickness feelings in the morning, and my appitite has reduced greatly, but i need to lose some weight,lol,but if it gets me through the day i can live with that.i still take one day at a time,just hope it lasts.

      That's great Julie!!!! What dose you on?

      It will gradually get better but if you feel like it's not working go back to Drs but fingers crossed you won't need to!

      My appetite reduced but now I feel well it's back with s vengeance! I'm going to control it after Xmas by going back to slimming world!

      thx susan, im only on 10 mg, but i think im ok on it, my appitite has sort of come back, not so much in the morning, which was my fave meal, but in the afternoon, but ive lost a bit of weight, lol. but thats a small price to pay for my sanity, and to feel better, so i can function normally, so im hoping it will continue to get better, i hope everyone else is making progress, sorry havnt replied sooner, but dont get on laptop much these days, wishing you all a happy new year, and happy new  beginnings,xx
