if you give up on this one, they will prescribe you another one and you will start again..... i know thats not what you want to hear but its true, you are peaking in your realisation that sometimes people need help, keep to the dose you was prescribed, i am on 30mg, and when your body is used to it they may increase it, if you dont feel better , but you will not get more side effects if they increase it, i have a colleague who was still panicky on 20 mg and i advised she go back to her gp and get it increased to 30mg and she has not looked back, everybodies needs are different, all i can say is i am on these for the rest of my life and popping a pill of a night is not hard ship........ when you mind is panicking the physical symptoms are amazing so dont worry.....

The reason you was prescribed these drugs its you need help to lift your mood, they are not an instant cure and it will take time to get into your system, the one thing with anxiety is you want a quick fix, but the truth is that does not happen and you have to persevere , the other option is refuse the medication and try to control the feelings yourself, for your info , my personal circumstances i felt better so i can off of them, six months later i had to go back on the as my mood had lowed, this followed a pattern for me , so i am now going to be on them for the rest of my life, but hay ho, i dont think mine is depression but acute anxiety, its nothing to be embarrassed about, and as you are on this forum and speak to friends you will see how many people actually are the same. The side effects you are feeling are NORMAL, if you work give yourself a break and sign off for a couple of days and relax.....

Dont be down if you dont have a great day tomorrow they will happen sporadically , i have to go , got work in the morning but i will check in during the day, if you need to talk, your doing the worst bit , give it time and you will feel better , trust me........ remember if you wake in the night stay calm.... if you can

I would recommend going to an urgent care just to be safe Even if thats all it is a panic attack you need to be safe and the vomitting concerns me II woould suggest not being alone now

You will not die of a panic attack but it could be something else
