My very own 'D-Day'!!!

Or should that be 'H-Day'? Well folks, it's my op today and I'll be off to the hospital in about an hour or so.  Thanks to everybody for their support and willingness to answer all sort of questions (sensible/serious and light hearted).

I will post as soon as I can after the op.

    Wishing you well - a steady and patient surgeon's hand and kind nurses to nurture you backout of the anaesthetic. Then home to loving family and friends to pamper you and attend to your every need! Well at least for the first while. Remind them all that you are doing the best you can and that recovery from this takes time. Their job is to be patient, help with the routines prescribed and distract you when you need it.

    Big hugs and more available if required!
