Nasal tightness for 6 months with other symptoms, medical mystery

Hello I'm a 36 year old female. Out of the blue 6 months ago I developed full body twitching starting in my face. Then shortly after my nose tightened up, it literally feels tight if I move it around like it Is being squeezed below the nasal bridge. It pulsates and twitches inside sometimes almost a feeling that something is trying to get out, maybe pressure? I then developed a lot of stabbing pains in my head that would come and go and extreme head tightness and pressure that will come and go. I also get very sensitive spots of my scalp. I can't lay on the back of my head without feeling a lot of pressure either. Sometimes I feel burning amd aching sensations around my ears and behind them. Also, I get random nerve sensations throughout the rest of my body, hands, feet, shins, face etc. I've had a ton of blood work which come a back fine. A head and neck MRI and a head CT scan all clear. Ive been to 3 ENT doctors who each put a scope up my nose to no avail. Everything looks normal. As I mentioned before I have no congestion or stuffy nose it just literally tightens and it's so uncomfortable. If anyone has any idea please chime in, it's ruining my life and no doctor has a clue!
I did have a ferritin level of 7 when this started, I've been supplementing with iron since and am awaiting bloodwork to see if it went up now. I also take vitamin d, b complex, and use magnesium oil.

This is not the disease or disorder of body..please believe me it is the sprit of evil..please understand me and prayer sincerely with almighty god. He can only leave u from that evil sprit which was twitching your face something badly.. i know about it..but i regret about u everybody..i know it would have prevent more blessings in ur life.. because it can that too..please understand it ..beacause god instigate me to tell u my dears..i saw it some months back but i had leaved it..because i dont want make worry to u. Please pray with god with fasting til u get relief from it ..sometime u will need fasting prayer some more days..if u start fasting prayer u can feel as well about the evil sprit moving with fear as bad in ur face or body..please do prayer for u..dont give it up..sorry for my bad english..this is my third language..thanks

Hi. I'm a 21 year old female and I started feeling these symptoms early August 2021. I also have nerve pain in my face (and body). at first it started in my forehead, but its recently spread to my nose, exactly how you describe, jaw, cheeks, back of neck, and eyes (as if theyre being pulled inward). i also have a whole host of other symptoms as well, such as a tight squeezing sensation around my chest that feels like it limits my breathing.
I was recently diagnosed with MS, so no doubt I believe this to be nerve related. I believe that my muscles are contracting due to faulty nerve signaling. I have an appointment with a headache specialist at the end of the month and im going to request botox to see if that will help. Anyway, was wondering how you were doing? Any updates? Did it go away for you?

i have same exact issue.
tight nose
tight scalp
tight neck
tight jaw
ent , promary care, neuro knows nothing.
i had an anxiety attack and thats how everything started. my guess is- that made my muscles tight.
good sleep, excercise ( running etc) , being mindful helps.
medicines are not helping . i tried muscle relaxnt etc.
its very likely a neck or tight jaw issue( tight muscles)
lets get together everyone and find a solution of it.

hello, i am the same! hot showers, steam and working out helps to relieve my symptoms for a short while, but then the pressure gradually builds back up:( i get pressure in my nose mainly, but sometimes my jaw and forehead as well. This is such an unusual feeling!!

Also having the same symptoms my nose is tight at the bridge of the nose because also sometimes my right eye twitches, I have a scheduled appointment with a neurologist this Friday coming up hopefully I get some answers.
I know it feels like you're getting desperate but there are other people out there that are experiencing the same thing take a deep breath. follow the proper channels.

Hi all,
I'm really sorry but I think maybe some of you have come into contact with HTLV, an immunodeficiency virus that is extremely rare. It can causes neurological symptoms similar to MS in the form of something called HAM/TSP as well as auto-immune conditions (Sjorgens Syndrome). It can be latent for years so you may have been infected years ago and only show symptoms later on. It is a blood-bourne virus and is spread in the same way.
IT IS MORE LIKELY TO BE SOMETHING ELSE THOUGH AS THIS IS EXTREMELY RARE.
It is also endemic to specific countries such as Japan, Africa and Romania and even there the prevalence is ~1% of the population according to most studies.
If you haven't had any contact with needles or people from endemic countries then it is going to be something else.

did anybody figure this out because im going through the same thing.
2 months now with extreme pulling tingling and tight pressure feeling in sinus area but seems like it has nothing to do with my sinuses. no congestion or throat issues. Headaches and pressure. Seems extra intense when i lay down and try to sleep. hurts to turn my eyes and im having twitching too. worried i have MS. Seeing neuro in 2 weeks.
