Natural remedies

Hi there all,
I was hoping to start a place where we could list all the natural remedies (for peri and meno) we have tried and had success with. There are so many of us suffering so many awful symptoms, it would be nice if we could actually get some natural relief. I mean ANYTHING you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
Also if you add the symptoms that were helped by the remedy that would be great. Thank you all in advance.

GREAT IDEA!
Arsenicum Album-5 pellets at bedtime keeps my anxiety at a low and helps me sleep.
Probiotics help my regularity and give me fewer belly issues.
Omega oils help my dry hair and also my nerves, after at least 3 weeks of faithfully taking them.
B-Complex with brekky and lunch DAILY help me to not feel so tired.
Digestive enzymes with heavy meals help the food settle so I don't get heartburn.
Bach's Rescue Remedy (I buy the candies/pastilles) help when I am out and about and get overwhelmed.
I work for a Naturopath and she has greatly helped me through this. I have many more remedies, but these are the ones I actually use and they work for me. If you are able, I highly recommend seeking care from an ND. They give a different perspective.

Arsenicum Album_ I had never heard of that. Just googled it, will definitely be talking to the naturopath about that. It sounds like just what I need! Thank you so much. I have been wanting to try the Calm magnesium too. Heard so many good things about that on. I have just been using what I could purchase in store, but think I will have to order this one.

Young Living makes an essential oil called Proggessence Plus. Cleary Sage is good too. I would only use seed to seal essential oils if this is the way you go. A lot of oils sold in stores are full of chemicals.

Also does anyone feel like there is something wrong with joints/tendons/bones/muscle knots ...? sorry can't describe it very well, but I pop and grind and feels like things pop out of their sockets. It's all quite painful. Any chance natural remedies?

I just want to let you ladies know that I appreciate all of your input on this forum. Menopause and perimenopause can be down right debilitating at times.
YouTube is my best friend. I listen to hypnosis for anxiety/panic, insomnia, pain, depression or any other symptom that is affecting me. It has really saved my life at times. Also guided deep breathing meditation. It works, but you just have to make time to do these. They have short ones (10 min.) all the way up to an hour or longer. It's free and on your cellphone or computer.
I have had a partial hysterectomy when I was 39, but still have my ovaries. Hot flashes with adrenaline rush, brain fog days, heart palpitations days, etc. The list is long. The things I mentioned above really do help though. Lavender oil dabbed under nose for calmness and whole foods minus wheat/gluten really help too.
I hope this helps and wish you all better days ahead.
