Yams. Not sweet potatoes, yams. They have a natural estrogen. Bake them, add butter & cinnamon = DELISH! For anyone estrogen depleted.

    Femarrelle

I have been using it for over a week now and it has great reviews.

Like any natural remedy it will take a while to kick

In nonetheless it deals with everything that HRT deals with.

Give it a go. Well worth it.

My night sweats have reduced and flashes almost non existent.

      Hi Marisa,

Do you personally take the maca in supplement form, or do you cook and eat it? I am also on estradiol hormone which works good for my hot flashes and night sweats. I want to stop taking them now, but I am afraid of the symptoms returning.

Are you hyperthyroid or hypo? I am hyperthyroid. I notice that I don't have an appetite for a while now. I am on medication. Ever since menopause think my system is so stressed and anxious. I am turned off from eating. Losing weight also. I need help for this issue.
