Need help with withdrawel

Hi, I have been taking DHC for years, I usually take 6 30mg every morning, sometimes 8, I don't take anymore throughout the day, I know to most people this seems such a low dose, but I'm scared, I want to stop, but I don't know how to be normal again  [sad]  I need to wake up without taking them being the 1st thing on my mind!! In the beginning it was amazing, I was on the ball, doing things, looking after myself, now I just sit around, I keep the house tidy etc..I WANT TO STOP, I have a Granddaughter now & this should make me more determined, I know my withdrawel won't be anywhere near as bad as some on here but I'm scared, I know I'm gonna feel rough, Ideally I would like to sleep for a week & wake up not needing them, I also need to put a stone & half on...Please someone help me, I'm NOT telling anyone as no one knows but surely I can get off them quick?? I need help PLEASE!!  I have 2 left & prescription 5 days away, I shall be telling my Dr but don't want to taper I want off them, I'm so so scared I look after my Granddaughter most days & can't be ill with her.....I stopped an addiction to 80-100mgs of oxycontin years ago, just taking solpadene & that was a hellish week or so, I've been told it's worse with dihyrocodeine sad Can someone please help me sad I hate this!!!

      Morning Nick sorry a didn't get back to you last night late finish but ave got late start are you still interested in this website and if so before we go any further do you know how to take screen shot or pic of laptop page will need to do that I will explain later but do you know how to make a bank transfer from your own online bank to another if not there is no point in going any further it's the only way with this website and the only one I can trust 100% let me know al guide you through am al yours till half 9 if not its cool as I said this website is nothing to do with me just trying to help oh and remember today is gonna be a bloody good day btw x

      Don't know if you are getting these so I will just go step by step the site first page should have green and blue wings spiralled together with name top left then along from it it will say home injectable range (steroids) tablet range 1st create your account then click home page then click on tablet range up top screen you will find 10mg dizapams on page 2 click on them choose quantity then add to cart click big green square top right with shopping cart then follow steps you will receive email with who payment is to be made to typical bank transfer they always want a screen shot of proof you've made transaction it's easy and 100% trust worthy keep every communication brief as possible if you do it today it would be Tuesday at the latest you get goods please don't go crazy on this sight I am trying to help you as I know what your going through any problem let me know can't understand why I didn't recive them replys please don't let me down same to everybody else that's on this thread this should be a dodle if you do a lot of shopping online lol

      Hey James, thanks so much... I'll give it a go tomorrow. I've not been back on until now so sorry for late reply. How ya feeling? I've still got this sinus problem and a huge headache... Hope I sleep tonight. Have not heard from Free,mhope she's good!

    Hi freedom how's it going havnt heard from you in a while you doing ok remember it's good to talk am off this weekend so hit the Rosie big time last night actually still in my bed with dog for company getting up soon but do my manly chores lol before a start to feel itchy Nick and I are worried we havnt heard from you so please let me know your doing well will make me feel better to know you are and if you having fallen of the wagon a bit so what shzt happens don't give up we can all do this we will get there and you will get your freedom back me on the other hand I am drinking that much Rosie I am going to different shops now so people don't think am an alcoholic can't bloody win lol stick in lets us know how your doing we've got a wee withdrawal love triangle going ❤️❤️❤️

      Yeah hope she's ok am on the John smiths at the moment got the Rosie for later wife's away out with her family this is when I get itchy fingers got weekend off 16 days that's bloody magic well done am so happy for you you are a strong women I not what you've been through told the light would get brighter at the end off the tunnel the feeling of just being normal is so close to the both of us am gonna have a flutter on foxy bingo my guilty pleasure the shame trust me am a big ass hairy bloke lost some weight since a stopped gym and the dhc party but I will get back there as will you .freedom if you read this please let us know how your doing am missing the crack of a win big tonight I will treat you both our little chats have saved me the battle is won but the war isn't over hope to hear from yous soon there is something wrong with my phone though am not getting email alerts when someone posts sorry if I've missed any conversation stay strong lady's am gonna win big lol xxx

      Haha, so you like a little flutter! Better that than attend a DHC party aye! Hope you win, you deserve it! How many days are you at now James? We are doing well but it will be better when I can say I finally feel good you know. So you are on the John Smiths... I'm just having a red wine and cream soda! First time I tried it... Apparently it's an Italian thing... It's supprisingly nice, not what I expected. Lots of ice in there too.

Hoping it will turn into a square & Angie86937 will join in, strength in numbers smile Pleasetake it easy on the rosie, remember your advice to me about benzo's, booze is just as bad to Wd from so be careful... I am so so thankful I found this forum, not to rush time away as it's so precious but wouldn't it be awesome if Jan 1st 2017 we are all clean, well, fit & healthy smile  

      I know Nick is in London? I'm just outside Cardiff, where are you (only if you want to say of course) also would love to know where Angie is? We could have 1 of us each in each Country, spread throughout the UK smile

      Hey James, how are things your end? Still on the rosie? Anything that helps ay. I'm doing much better, still sneezing etc but I've noticed certain things are returning like my zest for life. I'm enthusiastic about things which is strange coz it's been a lifetime since I felt this way. On pills, after long term high dose use everything becomes a chore. Energy is a bit better but not 100% but hey I'll take it. Hope it happens for me soon. I've lost count of the days but it could be a month... I'll have to check... Hope you are good friend x
