Nervous, shaky hand stomach and legs?

Anyone ever experience nervousness/ shakiness/ tremors in their body such as hands, legs, stomach? Is this anxiety?

    Yep to sure is...mine post meno nine years and still get it in the morning..if your lacking sleep that can cause it to........mine went for bout seven yrs and has returned recently..has an early meno at 42 with no real symptoms m until now

      Yep Christine thats mainly when i get it also is morning. Someone explained to me why it occur mainly in morning because the adrenal gets a surge in adrenaline in the morning amd again on the afternoon around 2ish pm. I was told to drink coconut water w/pink salt and potassium and it will help . It does help..i just have to remember to do it😁
