This is my last post on the matter,so last april my eye condition worsened and i got really depressed and stressed everyday for months and months i also suffer from health anxiety.anyway in october i noticed i started having internal tremors and shakes and like a fizzing vibrating feeling...this is happening constant since the end of october.......is there a chance the constant stress and anxiety and depression has had a massive effect on my nervous system causing these vibrating/jerking symptoms?my health anxiety tells me i have MS but my doctors tell me i havnt,so im wondering if the constant anxiety is causing this....thoughts and opinions please,i start cbt monday.

I have been having muscle pain, sharp electric pain, tingling, shivering, muscle twitches and most recently numbness in legs, hands and even face! As well as pressure/tension headaches.
This is apparently all due to anxiety. So as scary as it is, you are most likely just suffering with anxiety as well. I still dont understand how these symptoms happen and it makes it very difficult to accept
im so sorry you are facing this too

I would say talk to your doctor. At least get the minimal tests done. It will make you feel like you have at least checked.

You do not mention what your eye problem is . Please do not give up. It sounds like you are over anxious and eye problems can lead to high levels of anxiety.
Are you taking any medication at all?
Take care.

Absolutely! I have the same symptoms starting in my 20s. I also thought I had MS but I did not. Anxiety tends to affect the nervous system that’s why a lot of people think they have MS.
you are going to be absolutely fine.
As long as you had a visit with your doctor. I can tell you that I’m now in my 50s and I am doing very well. I may have an occasional symptom here and there of anxiety but I basically ignore it and it goes away.
The more attention you give the symptoms the worst they will get. What I learned is that I had to work on my anxiety. Symptoms are not the problem it’s the unmanaged anxiety that causes symptoms. Symptoms are your body‘s way of telling you there’s too much stress. They are harmless but scary.
i’m glad you’re going to CBT .
I love the meditations on you tube for anxiety. I listen when laying down to sleep. They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms. Try them too!
so remember, your neurological system is fine, you’re just having anxiety symptoms. Trying to stay busy and do things that relax you. Don’t take life too seriously. Do some slow deep breathing when you feel anxious. 🌸🌸🌸😁👍

I get this too. I’ve had it since September last year when they put me on an SSRI I think it just caused more anxiety and it’s never gone away. I get it so much it’s worse when I exercise.
Have you found anything relieves it?
I’m sorry you are going through this ❤️

Ahhh since October last year. I have then right now my legs feel like they are vibrating and it’s travelled up to my stomach, back & chest. It’s really awful 😞
