This is my last post on the matter,so last april my eye condition worsened and i got really depressed and stressed everyday for months and months i also suffer from health anxiety.anyway in october i noticed i started having internal tremors and shakes and like a fizzing vibrating feeling...this is happening constant since the end of october.......is there a chance the constant stress and anxiety and depression has had a massive effect on my nervous system causing these vibrating/jerking symptoms?my health anxiety tells me i have MS but my doctors tell me i havnt,so im wondering if the constant anxiety is causing this....thoughts and opinions please,i start cbt monday.

that way you don’t let them control you. And never react with fear or panic when you get those symptoms because they will grow.
What you do is just acknowledge that they are there in a calm way, just observe them if you seconds. and tell yourself “I’m OK. I can handle this . They are harmless and they will eventually subside.” Just let them be. Take long slow deep breaths.
this is part of the practice called mindfulness. There is a book with that same title that many people on this site are reading. And many Mindfulness meditation’s on you tube. ❤️

I am tryong a new strategy, I am going to log my days in a diary. Everything. To see if I can find patterns. Maybe this would be helpful for you? You could note when the vibrations are better or worse? Im not sure what else to do..

I had the symptoms straight for over a year. They did me no harm. After that, I would still get occasional symptoms when I am stressed.
That doesn’t mean you will get them that long. I just wanted you to know that the symptoms can linger but don’t hurt you.
They linger because we have not been able to control the anxiety. I have it pretty much under control but every now and then I get stressed.
But it’s no big deal, I just go about my day, with or without symptoms. 😁??
