New brown spot on glans

Posted , 5 users are following.

A few months ago I was with someone and a few days later I noticed a very small dark brown spot and a bigger brown spot on the glans. It’s right on the edge of the glans and it’s been there for months now. It hasn’t gone away or changed at all. It’s completely flat and when I get an erection it becomes a little less visible. Has anyone ever had this problem? I’m worried it could be some sort of STD since it appeared after being with that person. Any help would be amazing

No I’ve never had a problem like this before. I’ve seen a doctor , I had a full std panel but only 10 days after exposure. I had a second hiv 4th generation test at a month which was negative. The doctor said the spot was nothing to worry about but didn’t tell me what it could Be. The main reason I’m concerned is because it appeared after that sexual encounter.

      .Probably a case of

False Cause:  the fallacy committed when an argument mistakenly attempts to establish a causal connection.

Post hoc ergo propter hoc:  (literally "after this, therefore because of this"wink the fallacy of arguing that one event was caused by another event merely because it occurred after that event.

If it becomes less visible when you stretch it out I doubt it's an std. Stds infect the top layer the bottom layer if they can but if it were an std it would infect further and not just the top layer of dermis. Essentially, whatever it is it's only on the top layer and stds don't just do top layers. If it becomes less visible when stretches that means the pigments aren't very close but close enough for you to see it. I would think it's just a simple pigmentation
