New mouthgaurd for tmj and ear clog

i have tmjd and it is annoying. I got a new mouthgaurd and now my ears clogged. I think it is related thats why i got a mouthgaurd initially but they wear down. They are soft so they dont hold very long. Anyway it is spurring ear issues, weird sensatioms in ear and clogging and im at wits end. I have had this before and it did go away but unsure why this is haporning all over. And it is making me a xious because it feels so weird and makes weird tinnitus. And the ent is useless leaving me with myself to wait it out. So draining. 

The maxillary surgeon just says it can happen give it ten solid days and should improve. Any change on bite messes things up. Its sporadic when the tmjd gets bad as well. 

I just feel broken.

    This thud spasm thing in my ear is not allowing to sleep thru the night. I see it online but i get no cure. Its making me anxious and i need sleep. The only connection i can think is tmj and if i somehow sleep on that side it gets tight and thumps. My family thinks im nuts. Im not its real. Im scared it will make go off the edge. The sound is annoying but you feel the spasm,  geez the things that can hapoen in the body are very weird. And that part is hard for drs to even see at all. The inner ear is hidden from sight. No ine  has scanned it. And im in tmj therapy which probably imflammed ot somehow. This is a problem i meed resolved. I keep telling myself to adjust to it because going insane is a really bad idea.
