You must be really tired Linda with all the driving! Thats before you get to your mum's. I know where Birchtree Avenue is in dogsthorpe with living there as a child. Does your mum like it better where she is? I bet your mum just looks forward to seeing you and not to worried about the housework.

My fatigue is not too bad! Find mornings the worse getting out of bed alright when I had my shower lol and muscles have loosened up. Both pain and fatigue about the same at the moment. Think I have felt better with doing the exercises for sleeping and bit more energy. Sometimes think oh don't feel like doing them today but when I get going feel better afterwards. Only take about ten minutes. Just try and fit them around what jobs I have for the day and where I am going. If I am busy one day and don't get to do them I don't worry too much :cry:

Well enjoy your relaxing evening. I am coming off computer in a while and going to watch the strictly come dancing result show!

ses..... my appeal is the 19th and i have the report from my doc but it doesnt look very promising from him which i find hard as it was him that told me should pay for help instead of john doing it all when he comes home. so dont know if that will go against me i thought about john going down to see him and explain how hard he is finding it but dont think it will make much difference now.. it really annoys me because i have not been a pest with my doc where my sister said i should have been.

I was thinking about u earlier ses about having young ones although its lovely my god i could not cope and glad mine at least can do things themselfs. Tess my fatigue is really bad just now, and the restless legs start in bed then its like the pain goes along with it... you say it takes u 10 mins to get going im at least 2 hours in the morning and even then im not jumping about lol.. hope u all have a good nights sleep tonight.. xx di xx

Well Di, I do hope when you get your Pain Management Appointment and it is not too long before you can go, I do hope you do not get horrible side effects from the Lyrica if they prescribe you with these as like everything I have had, they work ok for a short while and then my body seems to say \"I have had too much of that\" as I get all the nasty side effects :evil: I feel like there is nothing out there to help me as most people can abide Amitryptiline for example and yet this is another I cannot tolerate I do hope everyone else doesn't have the same hassle as me? xxxx.

Tess, you sound like you have a task to buy for I have four sisters on my mums side so I have two nieces, and five nephews, on my dads side I have three sisters and one brother so I have one niece and two nephews and then I have my mum, my step dad, my dad, my step mum, and my mother and father in law, along with Mike my husbands sister and three children two nieces and a nephew so along with my children I have to buy quite a lot of presents roughly about twenty five (not counting my children's presents) :lol: and on average they have about two presents each so I would say there is about 70 presents wrapped before Ethans and he has 10 , a bike, a garage, a till (he likes money so I got this 'cause of the toy money :lol a remote control car, three pajamas and clothes etc. Good job I started July :lol:
