I recently started Zoloft for depression and I started out with 50 mg and didnt have too bad of side effects. Went back to doctor after 2 weeks and she upped me to 100 mg. It has been 2 weeks now at 100 mg and I still don't see any changes. Do I have to wait the 6 weeks to see if it kicks in?

Ok this is what has transpired and I need you ladies and gentlemen input again. I started brand name Zoloft at 100mg. I had been taking generic 100mg for 3 weeks. It feels as though the side effects such as diarrhea and lost of appetite is resurfacing. But since I have been on medication for approximately 5 weeks totally, will I have 5o wait another 4 to 5 weeks with the Brand name Zoloft? Thanks in advance for your help.
