You can consider seeing a specialist. As for now I would try researching probiotics and taking the strands you think you need. No matter whats causing it, sometimes your body needs a boost in healthy bacteria. How is your diet and do you have any digestive issues as well?

I've tried various vitamins and probiotics nothing seem to help. I have a but of digestive issues. but I try to est as healthy as I can to stay regular. I don't know what else to do it's so frustrating because I'm not a bad person or do bad things and I'm struggling with trying to understand what is happening to my body. to the point of feeling so hopeless

I am in the same boat. These things can happen to anyone no matter what things they do or don't do. I ended up having BV and a yeast infection and for 4 months nothing the doctors were doing were fixing my problem. I did the probiotics too which cured my life long digestive issues actually, but not my vaginal issues.. which was a raw feeling and itching. FINALLY i took it upon myself and ordered boric acid suppositories. I think the medicine they were giving me at the doctor was throwing my balances off.. Boric acid is supposed to support healthy ph and all that stuff. Even if you test negative for an infection you might be off balance in some kind of way. I have been using the boric acid nightly for a month and I feel some improvement slowly but surely.

Also you could try demanding a skin biopsy. That can narrow down the cause. But another thought I have could be vulvodynia which is a problem with the nerves

some canesten cream might be worth trying im not seeing any abnormal bumps there it all looks normal apart from that u have some skin irritation redness the fact u have no discharge is good because u dont havean internal yeast infection if u did u would have a thick cheesy discharge with a bread like smell a probiotic tablet will get rid of the oral thrush and an antifungal cream like canestan will deal with the skin irritation on the outside of the vagina

@kim16265 I honestly don't know what else to do. I've tried probiotics but it's still no help and I feel like it's getting worse. I have no discharge or weird scent. it's just a constant burning and discomfort. if I do have discharge it's either clear or thick and sticky not like cottage cheese. image

it looks normal i have them but not as much i think we are looking WAY TO DEEP INTO OUR VAGINAS. just like there is texture in the inside of our mouth when we pull down our lip .and it looks like its getting worst and im sure thats because you keep touching it , just leave it alone and soak in water . if it dont burn or itch or ooze youre fine

I researched the topic of your post and found an article about Fordyce Disease (Apocrine Miliaria) that you might find useful. According to my research, the disease is not harmful but it causes small (rash-like) bumps that can appear just about anywhere on the body. It has been found in areas such as the armpits, the mouth, as well as areas pertaining to the groin. I hope this information helps.
