Just been diagnosed with first stage oesteoarthritis of the knee to add to the list really fed up now

    Me too - OA and fibro and a few other problems.  Have to say I have found sticking to freshly prepared food helps as does the good old Bio Freeze rubbed on to the affected areas.    Have been given some rose scented dead sea salt to add to my bath and have to say regardless of whether it works or not it sure makes me feel better after a long soak!
