no sleep again

My doctor gave me sleeping pills but he said only one pack since I'm young

    doc only gave me 7 days too-seems to be the norm (zopi's 3.75mg)

      and that is the norm for most doctors these days the lowest theraputic dose

      Doctors will not give many sleeping tablets, only short term, as they can become addictive and when you stop them you would be even worse.

    I am in my 70s and have never taken any prescribed medication to make me sleep as too scared I would be left feeling "hungover" the next day.  When I was working it could be difficult, but I was on anti depressants for many years, and they had side effects, but I dealt with them.  I have taken Kalms like other people here have, and also "Quiet Life" tablets, as would rather take herbal pills.
