Hi all 💖

Do you have those ugly lumps on your fingers (or anywhere)? They look awful, come and go, sometimes painful and sometimes not x

    Hi

    ive been at the hospital today. The nodules show when I have inflammation. Because I've had a bit of a relapse the nodules have come up. So I've had my methotrexate dose increased and a steroid injection to try and get things back on track. I'm not so concerned about the nodules - it's more the fact they want me on max dose of methotrexate which I'm gradually getting up to.

      I wouldn't worry too much hun, a short sharp shock of high dose mx might sort you out. You never know, you may go into (fingers crossed 😊). Do your nodules hurt? xx

    Nodules don't hurt. I'm very fortunate to be getting the treatment that I am.

      You are hun yes. I love the steroid injections but unfortunately I can't have anymore for a long time as I've had my 3 shots over the past year. Wish I could have them every week xx

    Yes! I've just had my second. Although I'm in pain where they injected it. The injections aren't good for you as it thins the bones but I feel like a new woman after a couple of days.
