Not diagnosed pancreatic issues

Can anyone offer advice.

I have been having pain on and off for about 1.5 years , I had a fall around 2.5 years, but didn’t have any immediate problems, about a year ago I had some pain in my left side under ribs again which goes round the bottom of my back, it lasted a week or so then went. In the past I used to drink on Friday and Saturday’s I would not say very heavy but sometimes maybe to much for my body to handle. I had another attack about 3 months ago which calmed down ( I hardly drink at all now, maybe one or two glasses of wine at the weekend. I then had a general for a shoulder op and they told me to take ibuprofen , big mistake the pain was really bad and has not gone away, its worse when I eat, cannot tolerate anything with sugar, fat and defo no alcohol, the pain is constant. They put me on omeprazole wish has helped a little but the pain is still their daily, any food at the moment causes me issues and I have stopped eating. I have had MRI, camera in both ends , test for celiac , blood tests all negative, the doctor is basically saying its in my head, I am tired all the time, I have been to A and E 5 times, they put me on a drip, they test my blood, I feel a little better after the fluids then as soon as I eat again (even basic low fat food) I am in terrible pain, I can control with Tramadol but the issue is it comes back! I am pretty sure I have an issue with my pancreas but as it wont show on any bloods or tests the doctors wont help me, I am trying to help myself but I am not sure how long to go on with the non eating? Any advice would really help me, I am starting to feel very low, only managing work with Tramadol and even that’s a struggle.

Thanks

My apologies for the typos. Someone was trying to talk to me while I was typing and I should proof read.

No apologies needed! I knew what you meant. They told you not to drink tap water???? The most bizarre "fix" I've ever heard!!!!
