I eat only potatoes, eggs rice and banans and strictly only drink water or orange juice because im so scare to have an allergic reaction to something and die especically since it been in the media all the time.
i feel awful because i have no nueitriton or anything i dont go out the house because of it.

That sounds stressful, if it's effecting your nutrition and limiting your diet. Also if it's stopping you from leaving the house.
