One month on orlistat

Posted , 27 users are following.

I've been on orlistat now for a month and I've lost just over 3 stone in weight. I'm following a low fat eeating plan, never felt hungry. Never eaten so much fruit and veg and drank so much water but it's all worth it.

Hi. Just started today and nervous being at work if I will be rushing to the washroom every five minutes. I'm optomistic with seeing results so here's hoping. Do you think popcorn would be an issue to snack on? No butter of course.

Hello Adam I've just been prescribed orlistat as a boost for weight loss as I have been losing weight up until April this year when I had TIA. I was wondering how you doing as I see your post is over a year old now. Be good to see if you reached your goal. Just checking is it 5g of fat per meal ? Thanks Dianne
