Outbreak on clit after I naired my vagina and received oral from new partner

I recently used nair to remove all the hair from my vagina the same night I received oral from a new partner and he was EXTREMELY rough he sucked ny clit so hard it was painful when I went home my clit was swollen and tender the next day it felt better .... but few days later I looked down and see a white line on my clit the white line turned into a tender spot that hurts to the touch it can only be seen if I spread my clit apart. Now it’s a week and I have a sunk in white sore on the same side I saw the white line ! Please help
