I've been sore of my boobs is normal?? I'm 48 and i don't know if is menopause or pre menopause so painful

Usually comes with estrogen dominance. My fibrocystic cysts were out of control but finally calming down after taking progesterone.

I'm 47 and in the Month of May my breasts were soar to the point I could not touch them it was so painful, soar and by the next month it went away. I had a mammogram and was normal
