Pain after Gallbladder surgery

I'm new to the group. I had my gallbladder removed 4 weeks ago by robotics. Recovery went well. I am very active and am waiting to continue back at the gym. Within the last 2 or 3 days I began getting a pain to the left of my belly button (which is where my incision is). It is almost constant with more pain with lifting, even light, and more pain with sneezing or coughing. Any ideas??

I also had my gallbladder removed. I have 4 incisions but the one right at my bellybutton is the only one that is causing me pain & my back. I also have not been to the bathroom yet.(#2) it’s been going on day 4, should I be worried?

For a couple of weeks I had pain with coughing. There are internal stitches which cause this and it is normal. I was out of work for two weeks but my job involves some labor and lifting. If I had a desk job I could have been back to work in a couple of days.
My situation is somewhat different because I have Crohn's disease and had half of my right colon removed 10 years ago. I've been in remission since then and taking Humira. But not having as much intestines, the travel time of food and digestion could be more of an issue.
I have lost 37 pounds and eat so little now it's incredible how little food I have to keep in the refrigerator. Actually, it was my goal before this to lose this much weight but was never able to do it. I'm a 6'1 male so my ideal weight is 185-200 lbs. Right now I'm about 207. I would not wish this on anyone, but in order to stay positive I use this as a way to see some good that's come out of all this.
I work 12 hour shifts and don't always have access to a restroom so I have basically done this out of survival. And I can't eat a lot when I get home or else I won't be able to sleep, If I eat a lot when I get up I'll be in trouble when I get to work. So this basically means very little eating, and mostly vegetables and stuff with little fat.
And really this is all the food that is needed. We all eat too much anyway. Now I'm actually concerned that if my digestion ever returns to normal I'll gain back all the weight I've lost.
