I had my staples out yesterday scar is quite long but only very slim. Am pleased with the appearance but av soreness there now. Feel very achy. Is this normal? Can i put any cream such as E45 on it I meant to ask the nurse but having staples out was it painful and all I wanted to do was get out ov there. Any advice welcome!

Hey there i was wounding if y'all can tell me how bad does it bleed having the clips out super scared about it now and is oly of olay okay to use on the scar many thanks
