Pain from Hemerroid op.

Had my op last week so only a week out, well I was told it was going to be painful but I'm in so much pain today after going to the toilet. Constant stabbing pain, taken tramadol and nurofen but no relief,  Feeling quiet sick with it to.  Saw nurse yday said it was swollen and really bruised but this has been the worse day by far. I had 4 removed grade 3 and 4 and was told they were very large, also a thrombotic skin tag which was was hanging down about 12 mm.  Just want to no does this pain get better soon struggling to cope today. Any idea on how to cope with the pain to getting quiet depressed now.

    I am sorry I can't give you any advice and I hope that you get better. I was wondering if it's possible to have hemrrhoids in the sigmoid area?

    After the past 48 hours, and especially the last 12 , know exactly where you are coming from

    Been to absolute hell and back since last night after being unable to pass anything for 4 days !

    Despite keeping fluids up, taking stool softener and keeping a high fluid content diet I spent almost an hour last night in so much pain that I was shaking , almost passing out, passing some blood until finally with so much pressure built up that I was involuntarily urinating and having to try and force things.

    On the point of my partner almost calling an ambulance I passed a one inch long rock hard stool .

    After sitz baths and another 30 minutes, managed to go to bed exhausted.

      This morning still in extreme pain so tried local gp practice who then told me to call Cue doc as won't give an appointment until calling nhs helpline and then back full circle ! Totally useless.

      Only advice given was take two sachets of movicol twice a day instead of one ! The fact I still can't pass anything after 4 days and about last night no advice about what to do now .

      Told partner if same happens again as last night to just call ambulance

      Thankfully an hour later I did manage an extremely painful bm that was semi soft after squatting on the floor . It wasn't a great deal but at least for now some relief from increasingly sore stomach ache and rectum

    I found that I would feel like the pain was getting worse then the next day it would be slightly more reduced. It took me about 3 weeks to be able to go out without fear of toilet accidents as I had a few near misses.

    I wasn't allowed anything but paracetamol and ibuprofen as I was breastfeeding my baby as I had surgery 4 days after his birth. It was excruciating

    Hi!

    Will the anus look "normal" after surgery or will there be tags and scars like?
