Pain in left testicle and leg

Had pain since beginning of December in left testicle and left leg. First instance it lasted about 4 days and went after taking some ibrofuen. Then it came back 2 weeks later and hasn't went since. Been doc's good few times first he gave me anitbiotecs and said it was epididymitis but got all clear on sti next time he gave me different antibiotics and naproxen. The pain eased and never really went so the next time got sent for a ultrasound and they found a cyst on each testicle and a varicocle said nothing to worry about gave me more pain killers but I'm still in pain. The ache in my leg can be unbearable and the pain in trsticle just comes and goes every couple of hours can't cope anymore. Waking up every morning dizzy as well now

First, I'll add I also haven't figured out what's going on with me. I'm sure if you've read this far you've noticed, no one seems to know and we all seem to have this mystery pain. I'm just going to add my notes and experience here in case that helps people figure out what's going on with them.

I'm 31 6'2 190lbs, non smoker light drinker fairly healthy individual. I had a varicocelectomy(corrective surgery for a varicocele) in 2012 at age 22 on my left testicle.

Since then everything appeared normal until early last week (July 2021). I had no pain, but I noticed a hard rice sized lump on the top of my left testicle (same side as previous varicocele) I went to the doctor to have I checked, they refered me to a urologist. That night the pain started, fairly dull, not nearly as bad as what I remembered with my varicocele. The next day I was seen by the urologist who did an ultrasound. Thankfully, the lump is not cancer, he says its a cyst and that I technically still have a varicocele on my left side. That night again, pain got worse, dull, achy, cannot get comfortable, difficult to relax or sleep. The pain radiates, I feel it in in the testis, and even where my old varicocelectomy scar is and into my leg.

Its weird because I had no pain, or any awareness of an issue until I physically identified the cyst... it seems when I touch the cyst to check for it, the pain comes on about an hour later and then I have the pain for several hours in the evenings. I also noticed I've had an increase in urination frequency all this week. I'm speculative it might be epididymitis so I started taking 100mg of doxycycline.

Yesterday the pain in my left leg started in what I have deduced would be my saphenous vein and femoral vein. The femoral vein is tender to the touch, while I'm getting random sporadic stabbing pains in the saphenous vein located in my thigh and top of my ankle leading to my big toe. From what I understand, its common to get a varicocele on the left side because of the "great saphenous vein" which runs on the left side; perhaps this is more if a circulation problem than a testicle problem, not sure.

Now I'm beginning to think I need to see a vein specialist rather than a urologist and perhaps the pain in my testicle is incidental? idk. I have refrained from checking my cyst yesterday and today, and for the moment I don't seem to have pain, touching it definitely seems to be the trigger. I know all these veins are connected and a varicocele is technically a bloodflow problem so maybe figuring that out is the key.

Lastly my only other hypothesis is this might have to do with my diet and supplements. my wife and I are trying to get pregnant so I've been eating foods and taking supplements specific towards boosting testosterone and sperm production. This makes me speculate if the cyst is actually a spermatocele brought on by increased sperm production?

Below is just my shorthand notes I've been keeping. Hopefully some of this information gives you ideas or jumping off points to figuring out what's going on with you.

    epididymitis ?

    Spermatocele ?

    Ureaplasma ?

    Spontaneous thrombosis ?

    saphenous varix?

    inguinal hernia?

Hi I have expireced many of the same symptoms,

pain in left testicle, dizzyness, weakness in left knee, numbness in feet, tired thighs.

But I also have a very clear varicocele which I can see in my left testicle, the doctors have finally aknwoladged it (nhs is useless) and hopefully i can get it sorted, I will make sure to report on the results.

Just to update, someone in another thread suggested squats to solve this problem, I'm quite young and healthy so I began them on the same day as my last post (two days before this reply).

I have started 2 sets of 50 everyday back to back, and my symptoms have essentially vanished, This amount of squatting leaves my thighs and lower back very sour for the whole day but I will take that over burning in my testicle and permanent tired in the knees.

It should be noted I'm suffering from a cold right now though,
