Hi, yes it has helped me in the past. You should feel the benefit after a week or so of taking it.

To be honest Shelley, this is all stuff you have to get through to get to the

other side. I have had it all and I am now getting sore underneath my breasts

and have to get my bra off when I get in as it feels painful and irritating.

I am 56 and postmenapausal, still I am getting a range of symptoms.

Usually I just grin and bear it but today I am having one of those feeling

sorry days. So today I am saying take whatever helps, unfortunately I can't as

    I have high bp.

Good luck to you and I hope you feel better soon.

Yes B6 min 100mg recommended by a doctor i saw a few years ago when I started on this horror movie!!

Menopol Plus is another good all rounder for hot flushes and and anxiety etc cant put the website on here but copy and paste and put into google and you company.

Evening primrose is meant to be good for the breast tenderness.

I can also recommend acuppunture for anxiety and moodswings and again a great all rounder for acid reflux etc.

Massive hugs to you and stay positive and if you can remember we are all different and things will get easier I am sure as 3 years ago I wouldn't even leave the house and go to work I was that low but ended up with taking a Estrodot estrogen patches and Ultrostan (progesterone) but used separately and both are the most natural to our own hormones and because of this I believe I have got my old self back.  I always loved my holidays and even 3 years ago for my 50th my husband booked to take me away to Dubai for my celebrations and hated every moment of it whereas now I back to really look forward to great things once again.!!

Yes I agree Evening Primrose is very good for sore heavy breasts. Hrt can cause it. I know it did for me but Evening primrose has eased it. It takes about 2 weeks to start working though.

I heard vitamin E is also good for breast pain and I started taking 400mg everyday and my breast pain is much better. I never tried the epo bc it got better. Last time I ordered the vitamin e I accidentally ordered a different one and my breast pain started coming back. So I reordered the other one and it hasn't already started helping and it's only been a few days. I can't believe how one little difference in the ingredients effected it. So, get one that just has E in it and nothing else.
