Pain under ribs on right hand side

Hi, for 5 months now I have been experiencing a stitch like pain under my ribs on the right hand side. I had my gall bladder scanned, all was ok. Had liver function test, all ok. Kidneys scanned - all ok. Test for ulcer - all ok. The pain is intermittent.
Not sure if it is connected, but five months a go I stopped taking sugar in tea and switched to sweeteners (aspartame). I got through 100 tablets in two weeks. My stomach ballooned with gas and I belched a lot. The pain appears to have come on shortly after this. Whether the sweeteners had anything to do with it, I don't know. I am male, 40 years old, reasonably fit and a non smoker.
Thanks.

For the past 7-8 months I've been having pain on my right hand side right near the galllbladder. It started off as a small pulsating pain and then became a random sharp pain throughout the day (more at night though). Sometimes the pain would appear about 2-3 down from the gallbladder area (still on the right side) and lower back. It doesn't last long...like a few seconds, but can be quite potent. I had two ultra sounds, blood tests, X-rays...everything came out normal. I also experienced discomfort under my jaw line near the salivary glands and front of neck (but no swollen lymph nodes). My doctor thought that was related to stress. I had however a gastroscopy and it showed I had a slight hiatia hernia and NERDS. My doctor did not think it was liver related and told me to see a GI because I noticed my stools were becoming narrow. I have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week. Just wanted people suffering from the same pain (right side under rib) to maybe check out a GI for a colonoscopy as it could be colon related.

I have agonising pain on my right hand side in my ribs, I have been going to my doctor for the last 8 months for it basically begging them to do tests but they won't do anything, just keep telling me to take paracetamols. But I can't take to many of them as they give me bad head aches. The pain is getting worse as the weeks go on but they still won't do anything. I get scared what it could be sometimes

I too have been experiencing these exact symptoms on and off again for nearly 15 years. I am a 42 year old female and cannot figure it out. In the past I have had a colonoscopy, ultrasound testing, gallbladder tests etc that all came back clear. After reading through this forum I will try Milk Thistle however I recently made a discovery that may be a hidden issue for many of us here. That issue is FIBROIDS. Women are more likely to be affected BUT Men can be too! I stumbled upon this article

Check it out and see what you think! Doctors rarely mention fibroids and I am not sure why? The only reason it was ever brought to my attention is that more recently my mother informed me that she had fibroid complications and it can be hereditary.

Doctors will not have answers because they aren’t trained to look for mold. No tests (unless you see a mold specialist) will reveal what’s wrong.
I’ve gone to doctor to hospital to doctor with no answers. After lots of research, someone suggested I check the HVAC. There was the black mold!
I hope that this helps someone.
Best wishes!!!
