hi you lovely ladies. i posted on here just over a week ago about aches and pains. my joint pains are really bad at the minute. does any of you suffer with it in your shoulders. my right shoulder at the moment is really bad feels like its coming at if joint. i do suffer with dislocated shoulders so know what it feels like. it goes under my arm and across front of cheast. x

Yes! I have shoulder pain, but mine is on my left side and feels as though it starts in the joint. The pain often travels up my neck and sends tingling like sensations through my left arm into my fingers. As you can imagine I have thought that I was having a heart attack many times over the last year and it can cause me quite a bit of anxiety. I have had blood work and made many doctors appointments with my Primary doctor and all checks out fine! It comes and goes most of the time it only bothers me at night. Stay strong! We're all in this together!!

hi jo - i have suffered horribly from right knee pain, to the point that i am crying. At first i thought it was a meniscus tear or even bursitis, but now i am convinced its caused from menopause. My pain is really the worst at night & gets better as the day goes on - now i am starting to feel it in the left knee - what is it with all the symptoms getting worse at night? are we just destined to never sleep well again? Also, nothing takes the pain away..just take magnesium & fish oil & try to take Epsom salt baths daily...yoga makes it feel better temporarily - UGH!
