I have tingling in my face and body, mostly my lip and chin area on the right side, almost every day. It actually went away for a few weeks but has since decided to return. It still makes me a nervous wreck every time it happens and its been a year and a half since it's been happening. I googled which was the wrong thing to do because as you know, everything that you google comes back to cancer. But a number of things can cause pins and needles, not just serious diseases.

I was checked for MS and a brain tumor. Both came back negative. You could have some sort of vitamin deficiency that's causing the tingling also. The thing is, I think when we have anxiety, and think about what we fear the most, we can trick ourselves into feeling things more than a person that doesn't have anxiety.

It's hard, but try to do something that takes your mind off of the tingling. I pray a lot so that tends to help me. I also have two little girls that keep me busy so that takes my mind off of it too. Hoping you get relief soon! But if it doesn't go away, call your primary care doctor. I called mine the other day and they did an over the phone visit. Because of covid-19 they won't do a lot of tests, but maybe there are some meds they can try that may alleviate some of your symptoms.
