I have red dots on head, sometimes condition looks good and sometimes its coming back. Having lower back pain, specially left side, feels like bone pain. Tested chlamydia/gonorrhea/syphilis/hsv1/hsv2 all -ve. Lower back pain has started 3 weeks ago. I was recovered almost from back pain but it comes back due to bad posture/or if i sit in same position for few hours(2-3) at a stretch. having red dots on glans from past 6 months.

have you tested for hiv/ureaplasma/mycoplasma? also need to test multiple times.

can you describe red dots on glans? do they seem like tiny bumps? get worse after hot shower/heat? does redness seem to come from under the skin, like blood vessel inflammation?

can you list all medications and topicals you've tried?

I have done only once std tests. hiv came -ve for me. Yes, they are tiny bumps, hot shower doesn't do anything. Its not itchy or painful. It was slight itchy at start but not now. Currently redness are gone only dots are there. It come from under the skin, like blood vessel inflammation.

I tried ketoconazole for 2 months, redness are gone, suggested by GP. Now I am using Vytone after showing to Dermatologist, he said its candidal balanitis. Blood vessle inflamation are less now, red dots has reduced in size but it's still there.

What do you think?

Hi everybody, for two years now I've got the same symptoms as are describing most people here through the different posts. (red dots, blood vessle inflamation, redness, pain in the testicles, sticky glans, skin burning, difficult to urinate). I've found the forum by looking for some glans pictures closed from mine, burning, looking infested. I've seen a lot of specialist and dermatologist (every time they didn't believed me, thought I was just a very anxious patient), done a lot of test (all neg-), followed different treatments without any results and still with chronical inflamation, allways extended from glans to the skin. Anxiety, unhealthy habits making it worse. But I think a30971 that your doctor is right and that the responsible could be as he said "Candida Albican". If you go further and read books about this particular fungal disease, can explain that we all having some hard time to get rid of it.

Did your doctor performed a physical rectum exam to get a feel of your prostate? for me it felt a little inflammated and I am taking Levofloxacin 750 mg dose once a day for 6 weeks. so far, it been 2 weeks and I can see some improvement in the testicle pain and burning sensation.

Lets just hope it gets better by the end of 6 weeks, otherwise I will go with the semen culture to find out the exact restrain.

Hi bro, I dont really have a photo at the moment and my symptoms are not gone yet since Chronic bacterial prostatitis takes time to heal. so far its been 2 weeks into 6 weeks treatment.

I am experiencing the same thing as you, I have urine test, blood test, blood culture test and urine culture test. everything is safe there are no bacteria and so on, the problem is when we have an erection the glands are very visible and seem scary. we must move to cure this disease.

hey brother, so last time when I posted about CBP. I was taking Levofloxacin which didn't really helped, so After completing its 6 week treatment, my urologist gave me Doxy for two weeks which actually made a huge improvement, but my infection was not all clear and we wanted to find out the exact stains. Eventually, after taking Doxy for two weeks I was told to stop it for a week and send my urine and semen for Next Generation Sequencing at one of the labs in states. Within few days, I got my urine and Semen results back, so basically my urine was negative but my semen had 6 different bacterial stains with very low growth and one of the stain is responsible for Uti symptoms in males and I also got the antibiotics recommendation based upon the sensitivity.

A couple of days ago, I started my 4 week treatment to kill those stains and my urologist has prescribed me two different antibiotics that should help cure this problem.

Hopefully, we will get over this condition as I'm pretty sure its caused by some sort of bacteria.

Doing a lot better now. I have two weeks left for the antibiotics and my Urologist is going to call me on January 4th. so I hope by then I will be completely back to normal or else we will change the antibiotics as Corynebacterium Glu... is the hard one to kill as it is resistant to most of the abx.

Hi mate, sorry for the late reply. I haven't been on this site for a long time now. So, I finally got rid of the bacteria that was found in my semen, however I still have on/off set of symptoms. Some days a completely normal while other days are bad. In my understanding this condition is called CPPS and we gotta see a good pelvic floor therapist to get us back on the track as there are various muscles in our pelvis area that can tighten up for some reason.

I am looking for a good Pelvic floor therapist in my area so that I can start with the therapies. I do stretches at home that helps me alot with my symptoms.

do you still have the inflammation of the glans though ?

i do but I varies. sometimes it completely disappears and sometimes it just comes back.

turn on your flashlight on your phone and look at it see if its red sometimes i think its gone also and then i check it and its like that red with flashlight
