hi i have penis meatus(urethral opening) has red patches but i do self masturbate

smegma under the foreskin

I have also small pimples like on the penis glans

I have also spots on the uncirumcised penis skin

    I am the same issue. I developed fungal infection few days after that and after taking medicines the fungal infection problem got solved ... But the red patches are still and they do stings and give burning sensation... Did anyone find out what is the exactly the problem is... ?

      did u have a bump on the meatus as well and did it go away after taking those meds?

      Can you say specifically what you used? I have had exactly the same issue for years and doctors couldn't help.

    has anyone found out? i have had a similar issue for nearly 3 years and nobody knows what it is, i have a darkish colour on the tip of mu urethra and terrible stinging pain inside and in my perineum area (lower urethra)

    any updates? i have the same urethral problem with burning urination in morning but no uti.

    i masturbate as well and recently had a lot of smegma built up and foul smell. i just noticed my urethra getting red idk if its always been like that but ever since i noticed it it started feeling uncomfortable. i don't have any STD symptoms but I'm getting tested Tuesday and ill let you guys know what it is. i read it could be balanitis or non specific utheritis

    what are you symtom is your symtoms resolved??? i/m having same as yours and burning in left side of the urethra only near tip of the penis.
