I was masturbating and after I went to take a shower. After that I went out For a walk , when I came back my penis was really swollened , and it's size decreased . I still get morning wood & erections but my penis is kinda swolloned. Please someone help I am really concerned , if u need a picture to examine I will provide one.. thank you

I was masturbating for more than 6 hours after i finished i saw my penis has swollen up at the top of shaft, I panicked so I put my penis in some cold water to help it. but still no changes, the pictures are similar to the photos of @joao01452. I don't know what's next, will it swell more or will it heal? Can someone help me out.
