I hope to find a chat/email buddy or two to chat about this crap.  It’s really ridiculous how many symptoms we can have.  I found over 60 pm related aches pains etc related to these hormones.  Goodness,  no wonder we think we are going crazy.!!

I have ran to the Dr more times then I can count heart Dr,my Dr numerous times just had a colonoscopy week ago and had my annual today. I'm constantly scared out my mind with all this stuff. My Dr seems to think everything is anxiety when I know it's not this stuff is causing anxiety not the other way around. I've had every symptom on the list and then some that they don't even mention. I know I should stop worrying and just go with all these changes but it's not easy these changes is very severe for me and I can't just ignore them or write everything off as part of Peri I have to make sure. Cause not everything can or always will be Peri I use to be so laid back and enjoy life and not have anxiety or panic attacks this part of life hit me like a ton of bricks out of nowhere no warning nothing.

Hi Pamela, same here sad  I am always at my GP. I hate this, my GP says it is anxiety related. I agree i am anxious but, anxious because of all these strange things happening to me causing me pain etc. I find my self saying sorry its me again to my Gp each time i go. I cannot help it i try and ignore all these aches, pains, nausea and feeling generally unwell. I am 47 and been like this 2 years. I still have regular periods, i say regular but, my last one was 27 days long and the longest i have gone in between is 47 days so not really missed any. I dread to think how i will be when i miss completely. x
