    hi

sorry your feeling so awful. I'm having a horrible day with my flushes today and my skin is stinging. I have days where I feel I cant cope anymore as there seems to be new worse symptoms all the time. Your not alone in all these horrible symptoms. hopefully your symptoms will calm down in a couple of days.

Hi. I'm currently in a very similar situation to all of you in this discussion and have been for nearly 2 years on and off. i have had one ovary removed, type 1 diabetes, hashimotos and am really not sure what's going on.

just as you describe it i get a million different symptoms at different times of the month but the most debilitating is this feeling that kicks in within seconds of opening my eyes (about 4/5am ) and drains me of every ounce of energy. my legs and arms go weak. i shake, feel sick, flushed, diarrhoea, it's just awful and can last all day although most of the time its improved by the afternoon as long as I've controlled the anxiety that comes with it. i was plotting my symptoms and it's pretty much all over the place except it's 10 times worse straight after my period. i take vit D and B complex and magnesium and considering trying HRT. i was keen to know if Any of you guys have found any miracles and really hope you're not still suffering. xx

it's a form of torture. I'm the same with medication. tried antidepressants, diazipam, beta blockers but all make me feel poisoned. I'm the same with alcohol too. even my levothyroxine make me feel terrible so had to stop them. I'm managing to tolerate a tiny dose at the moment but am just super sensitive to anything.

my endocrinologist is thinking long covid but I'm not convinced. basically they can't find anything else wrong. I've tried gluten free which i think helped but I'm still gluten free and it's not helping now. Thank you for replying and sending lots of love x
