Yes and it passes. It was really bad for may be 9 mths to a year then let up. Thought I'd never be able to sleep through the night without needing couple sips of water. Also dealt with dry eyes for a bit, even used prescription drops, which were worthless. I do take fish oil, but even for a while that did not stop it. Finally within last few months this has all passed.......Thank God!

    Hi AGAIN

Sorry I'm having a hard time with all this, just call me anxiety girl..

But does anyone have bad fatigue and the oblivious one anxiety, and weight changes, oh and lastly digestive problems?!!

Thank you and forgive the never ending issues..

Yes..........believe me as awful as it is right now and I have had issues with anxiety in the past......all those things you mention can happen and will maybe come in waves, but I promise you, they do end. The fatigue was horrible, was certain I had some fatal illness....1st lost weight then gained..would love to lose just a few more pounds now, then all good.

Easy for me to say now as I felt just like you for a bit when this all kicked in....now I'm in the homestretch and again I promise there will be those awful days, but they do pass. Hang on!

Yes I sure do! I can't use anything with mint...even toothpaste! I have to use clove toothpaste & suck Dry mouth Lozenges. Mint dries out the mouth! A cup of tea also makes my mouth dry as it contains Tanins. Hope this helps!  Drink plenty of water a sip frequently! Horrid isn't it?!

    Hang in there ladies X

That does suck. I noticed my gums are more sensitive too. Not sure if it's from the mint or whitners in the toothpaste. I switched to Sensidyne without the whitener and seems yo be better. Never tried clove toothpaste. Who makes that?

It's very hard to find clove toothpaste Wilco used to do it but now I have to shop online. It's made by Dabur. You can get herbal toothpastes from other stores but please read the ingredients as they all contain some sort of mint. I am not really into herbal remedies but this no mint trick has helped. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I've also succummed to starting HRT & I am feeling so much better but this is a very personal choice. Please try the NO mint trick!

My mum never had any menopause symptoms....lucky her!

Thanks for the tip. However,It sound like you live in the UK. I live in the USA so not sure what I can find here like that, but its not that bad. The toothpaste I use now, Sensodyne, works pretty well for me. Thank you though for the suggestion. If my gums get any worse I may look for it online.
