hi ladies

Do any of you have moments or days where you feel like collapsing? I feel so fatigue and light headed. Also my legs feel like jelly and hand numbness. I need to sit down and rest!

unfortunately most days, i have to lean against something or sit down. Its really scares me when im at work.

i don't experience the numb hands like you and really heard that symptom with peri or menopause before.

i assume this is all part of the menopause.

hope things get better for you Sandeepo, sending you a comforting hug x

thanks for your email. I feel better as I'm going for bloods again as I'm getting nausea like pregnancy morning sickness.

Keep positive and here's to menopause. Are you taking anything to manage your symptoms?

ive had constant nausea for months now too! i describe how i feel as morning sickness/flu/hungover all in one its so bad all day every day, was also bloated for a few months but this has really calmed down now. ive been on hrt patches for just over a week no miracles yet but can take a few months to settle

exactly like me! I finally had an endoscopy as ive had acid reflux, bloating and trapped wind for the last two years. It was all clear. In the last month I've now got nausea! hence my DR sending me for tests. I've also had two breast appointment as I found two armpit lumps as I have pain all clear. The breast consultant said do not go on HRT? Due to breast cancer not sure because I've got a fibroderma.

I need something as I'm going loopy!

if theres family history of breast cancer then no to hrt, but youve got as much risk of breast cancer if you smoke, drink daily or are overweight, at the end of the day its quality of life thats important & i cannot continue to feel so ill day after day so will give it a good try. ive totally lost the old me & want her back

no family history. I've been really thinking about HRT as you are spot on just want the old me back! I've got a long overdue gin & tonic waiting for me.

I will speaking to my dr next week and might go on a low dosage to start with the gel. Which HRT are you on? I've always had heavy periods but now they are even heavier! Not sure if HRT will help with that problem as ive had all scans and all clear too.

My iron is so low and I've been on iron tablets for the last 5 years too.

    hey

how are you? had my blood results back and all fine apart from FSH were high and I'm in perimenopause. Dr said my nausea and headaches are due to hormones, my posture due to laptop. No answer on my dizziness apart from check blood pressure! which is fine every time I go for my acupuncture. I'm getting used to feeling unsteady! Such a horrid time in my life.

my docs wont do bloods for peri go by symptoms, apparently in peri hormones fluctuate hourly/daily so you dont get an accurate result? (in england) felt okay last few days still feel rough but try & push through, then today totally floored nausea, headache, dizzy, buzzing legs, exhausted, anxious horrible day! sometimes its hard but keeping busy stops you dwelling on it but its very consuming!

I'm having that kind of day today! Being busy helps me too. I forget I feel bad when my brain is distracted.
