Perimenopause or Anxiety or ???

Hi everyone,
I recently joined this, my first ever forum, in the hope of gaining knowledge and sharing experiences on the strange symptoms I have been experiencing the last few weeks.
My first post focused on Anxiety and the possibility of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It has recently been brought to my attention, there is a possibility my symptoms could be hormone related. Something I never actually considered.
Brief list of symptoms...
Fatigue (groggy and heavy type tiredness)
Brain Fog
Feeling detached and 'spaced out'
Weak and Shaky
Jelly Legs
Weak Fingers and Toes
Sensitive to light and sound
Sometimes feels like I have flu or a bad virus (even though I know I don't)
Light Headed
Light Dizziness
Easily tired out
Occasional Palpitations
Frequent urination (occasionally)
Anxious (more so than usual)
Brief History...
I have had anxiety issues, on and off, for many years and also hormone induced migraines. This year the migraines are definitely worse and so too is the anxiety. I had an 8 day brutal migraine early/mid September, followed by 8 days of severe brain fog/dull fuzzy head. I haven't been the same since. I'm also wondering if my symptoms are migraine related? I've had 2 full blood tests done and 2 urine samples taken. All came back normal/clear and healthy. I've also been to see an ENT consultant who ruled out an inner ear virus. He also checked my throat and balance. I had a full eye examination last week and my eyes are in great shape. I have an MRI booked next week and also an appointment to get an ECG recorder fitted for 48 hours.
My symptoms are so broad and general, it could be a number of things... I have even considered CFS. Now I'm thinking it could be hormone related? I feel more anxious not knowing what this is!
Is anybody experiencing anything similar?
Any replies/advice would be greatly appreciated x

Everyone needs B-vitamins for good health. Without them we can suffer from a variety of serious ailments. For a woman going through perimenopause, B-vitamins can be essential for effectively managing symptoms.
Adrenal fatigue, for example, is a common secondary condition for many women going through perimenopause. B-vitamins support healthy adrenal function, along with calming and maintaining a healthy nervous system. Many women also suffer with mood swings during perimenopause. Both B12 and B6 vitamins aid in the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, a key brain chemical needed to stabilize moods and promote feelings of wellness and contentment.
For women who suffer with brain fog, and memory issues in perimenopause, low levels of B6 could be part of the problem. Depression, confusion, and an inability to concentrate are all associated with B6 deficiency. Vertigo, dizziness, and heart palpitations are also common complaints from women going through perimenopause. All of these symptoms have been associated with (among other things) a B12 deficiency. Vitamin B6 can also help with stubborn weight gain in perimenopause. It is key in the breakdown and utilization of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in our diet, and is necessary for a healthy metabolism - both which can help manage weight.

Treatment
Vitamin B6 plays several roles in the body. It is essential for red blood cell development and keeping the immune system at peak performance. It is also needed to help keep hormone production, such as with serotonin, in the brain stabilized. When the body lacks B6, mood suffers as proper chemical production declines. During perimenopause, stress and depression cause the body to lose this needed vitamin. This can make a woman in her menopausal state feel exhausted and irritable, according to Lark. Another factor in the decline of B6 in the body can be attributed to the rise of estrogen during perimenopausal spikes or hormone replacement therapies. This goes hand in hand with the aforementioned estrogen increase causing depression.

yea thats what mine was like, seems heavy and drops and sits in bottom of loo, dont worry about too much info, if you dont ask you wont know...
i remember that ... and yes mine got darker too, and yes certainly heavier in texture almost feel it come out sometimes ...... yes maybe abit of older blood/lining I would say, thats what my Doc told me when I was having that...
couple of years ago i went to a different doc and he noticed I had cold hands ( in spain ) it was Feb and cooler, he then said about thyroid trouble due to cold hands, i get cold feet too in winter... and like chill blanes on one toe..
anyway, his method was the alternate way, take your temperature on waking and also put iodine on your skin in crease of the arm ... and if the skin absorbed it very quickly its meant thyroid ...
anyway he suggested i take iodine of kelp supplements which i did and still do..
my thyroid proper blood test done after was fine.. ( my mother has underactive thyroid) its all interesting the way he did the test, i had never heard of it before, you need a mercury thermometer for it ...
blood test was certainly the easier option .. Jay xx

I just noticed this what put, about stabbing pain in vaginal wall ... yes I get that, its the weirdest thing...
you do right to have a ultra sound scan, in my early meno I had ovarian cysts, they were Follicular cysts which every ine gets each month but mine grew the size of oranges, and with not having a period often they didnt disperse, but i was lucky and they went on their own, no sugery required.
my doc that I had in UK was amazing ( i am in Spain now) he told me also i had a tilted uterus, which gives me back ache... also he was not only a GP he did homeopathic meds which I was not into, he insisited i took this tablet he only gave me three free of charge and the cysts went like magic...Β
that changed my mind about this natural remedies it was amazing...Β
going back to the stabbing vaginal wall pains, yes i can relate to that and I still get that... ( havent had period since Aug 13) but still get that..Β
I now use the Replens MD vaginal moisturiser its fantastic.. takes the dry pains away... also in early peri I had constant bladder sensitivity always at the loo it was a nightmare, and also felt thrush symptoms alot and still do sometimes, but the Replens MD vaginal moisturiser has helped alot...
