It sounds to me that you are in peri menopause. Even though you're 41, it can strike early and last for 10 years. I knew someone who went through menopause in her 30's. Periods change, get heavy and lighter. Cramps, headaches, depression, hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, broken sleep, heart palpitations, etc. All of these are different for every woman and some are the same. Some women breeze through menopause by just having their periods stop. Lucky ladies! I'm 52 and have been going through peri for almost 9 years now. Get checked out, but don't worry too much. My gut says you're beginning perimenopause.

Hi Yasmin, I dont know if anyone wrote this in a previous post but remember even if your blood test comes back normal as far as hormones......you know yourself best and blood test will not always be accurate sometimes for perimenopause. Get your scans done and let us know how it works out. Praying for you smile

    Dear yasmin

As I was entering peri I had light bleeding which went on for weeks, not much but like you said everytime I wiped myself there was abit of blood on the toilet paper, I found it worrying because it was different to what I was used to, I did get it checked but it was the start of peri x
